I'm an IT Service Desk Agent. I provide computer support to the user in First and Second Line (phone service, systems and user administration). Performing roles of Ticket Coordinator, Software License Admin and File share Admin. I am passionate about new technologies and as a developer, I like to make the visitors of my pages enjoy browsing as much as I do creating them.
